Characters
Wonderland has become a right mess, and it's up to Alice to set it right again. She'll be largely on her own throughout her journey, but occasionally she'll find a friendly face who can point her in the right direction. Friends, though, are few and far between as the queen's grip tightens around the downtrodden denizens.
Alice
![]() |
When Alice responds to a mysterious summons to return to Wonderland, the place is barely recognizable. Something has gone very wrong. Undaunted by the diseased atmosphere, confusion, and mortal danger that surrounds her, Alice commits to set it right. Equipped with her courage, a keen appetite for the bizarre, and a lethal array of transmogrified toys, she'll penetrate enemy strongholds, confront the forces of evil, and put the wicked Queen of Hearts in her proper place. |
Major
Cheshire Cat
![]() |
Nearly anorexic, his under-used incisors smacking of decay, this sleek and hungry feline is Alice's familiar. Is that his translucent, knowing Cheshire grin looming in the shadows? Or, some other cowering abomination? Keep a vigilant eye on the resourceful cat, for, despite a taste for display, he is discrete and clever. |
White Rabbit
|
|
Frenetic agitation infects the gait of the wayward rabbit. Playing Virgil to Alice’s Dante, this albino hare is a well-intentioned but erratic guide through the introductory cantos of the Queen of Heart’s inferno. Though an ostensible ally, his cloying taunts and panicked prolation might goad the intolerant into testing their weaponry on his scabrous hide. |
Tweedle Dee
![]() |
The revolting Tweedles are the Hatter’s gargantuan gatekeepers. They’re as subtle as scorpions and possess less discrimination than a rampaging herd of parched wildebeests desperate for water. Outsmarting this pair of ogres is not the issue. A child could manage it. But getting past them--that’s the rub. When they stretch wide their malodorous maws, the fun really begins. |
Minor
Insane Children
![]() |
These grotesque pests you may pity at first, but after witnessing their pathetic whines and deranged gibberish this pity turns to detestation. Once the hope for healing Wonderland, these vile, Insane Children now moan and seethe, cry and beg for release from their hellish reality. Failed in their quest to save Wonderland, the Insane Children are destined for an eternity of torture.
Pestering Alice throughout her dark adventure, this pack of demented youth sometimes gets Alice into trouble--their pleas for release can betray Alice’s whereabouts and undermine her success. This wretched lot serves as a constant, driveling reminder of the hell surrounding you in Wonderland. |
Fire Imp
![]() |
A sulfurous stench burns your eyes and alerts you to the presence of these nefarious minions of the Queen. Veins coursing with lava and eyes that spurt flames make these diminutive angels of the bottomless pit dangerous foes. But don't be mislead by their stature, the barbs of their nearly incandescent pitchforks and cunning pack behavior more than make up for it. |
Snark
![]() |
Rapacious omnivores, the snark are compelled to attack 'til death do you part--and they don't really care if it's their death or yours. Gnawing meat from your bone is their singular reason for living. In the murk-filled undercurrent of Wonderland's scotopic waters, these pertinacious bottom-feeders prowl. |
Fish Footmen
![]() |
Inanely beckoning everyone to attend the dread Queen’s croquet game, these throwbacks to Wonderland’s halcyon days meander purposelessly about the fungal realm. Inefficacious sycophants of her heinous majesty's court, the Fish Footmen aren’t menacing in and of themselves. When assaulted, however, they can conjure up a trick or two. |
Card Guard
![]() |
Slaves to duty and eminently expendable, the Card Guard march to the persuasive beat of the Queen's persistent drum. From a skirmish to a grandiose siege, they'll attack whatever opposes the malevolent monarch. Though more pesky than pestilential, these crusading drones stand ever-ready to sacrifice their ephemeral and acquiescent lives for her greater glory. |
Boojum
![]() |
Throughout Wonderland these wretched specters ceaselessly wander and wail. Their eerie, inescapable dirge invades the ear and indelibly scars the soul. Unmercifully crushed for their rebellious insubordination to the Queen’s will, these lamentable spirits are generally not abusive. But leave well enough alone--when provoked these haunted spirits may prove most difficult to exorcise. |
Army Ant
![]() |
Swarming through the foliage like sunlight through a glass, the Army Ants of Wonderland prefer to strike en masse. Monster jaws make each one a most belligerent pest. But as a horde, these carnivores are at their lethal best. |
Chess Pieces
![]() |
Throughout the Village's ravaged core, a wretched war rages. Red pieces march mindlessly to the tattoo of the Queen’s drum. They attack. The opposition courageously resists. To no avail. Her tyranny is inescapable. Still, they fight on. Death is preferable to defeat. Knotted in this bloody endgame, no quarter is asked for. None is given. And Alice is moot witness to this madness. |
